When the customer signs and pays, your commission becomes payable according to our agreed terms.
Compensation
- 10% of the initialization contract + 100% of the first month recurring fee
- Example: 5,000€ setup + 500€/month → 1,000€ commission
Your commission is paid in two instalments, as we receive the corresponding payments from the customer. Commissions are calculated on eligible amounts actually collected, excluding VAT and agreed pass-through expenses. Specific terms are confirmed when your referral is registered.

- A partner profile: be introduced as an E Med Ware partner on our website
- Localized content: request a version of our website or sales material in your language
- Regional representation: explore opportunities to develop E Med Ware presence in your market
- Marketing resources: presentations, service descriptions, and other materials to introduce our work. Provided by agreement and subject to approval.
Questions
Do I need a technical background?
No. What matters is your ability to identify relevant opportunities and build genuine professional relationships. You identify the opportunity and make the introduction. We take it from there.
When is my commission paid?
When a customer you introduce signs a contract and pays. Your commission is paid in two instalments, as we receive the corresponding payments. No complicated calculations and no lifetime revenue-sharing.
Is there a quota or an employment contract?
No. There is no employment contract, no sales quota, and no upfront investment. Referral registration, eligibility, and payment conditions are confirmed in a separate written agreement.
